Orders & Payments
Orders must be confirmed through our website, WhatsApp, or official communication.
Full payment or advance may be required depending on product type.
Customized products begin production only after final approval from the customer.
Customization Approval
Customers must review and approve the final design.
Lastrax is not responsible for errors if the customer approves the design and later wishes to change it.
Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are customized, personalized, or made on order, returns or refunds are not applicable unless:
The item delivered is completely different from what was ordered.
The product arrives damaged.
Conditions for return:
Proof of issue (photo/video) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if the customization mistake is from our side.
Limitation of Liability
Lastrax is not liable for losses arising from misuse, incorrect handling, or customer-provided wrong information.
Service Changes
Products, pricing, and services may change without prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.
